Wes Stoyanov respects his clients' time and works hard to not only meet their expectations but exceed them, every day, 365 days a year. "I put in the work. It's as simple as that," he responds when asked the secret to his success. "I reply to clients as soon as possible, am always available, work around my clients' schedules, and am incredibly persistent in pursuing their best interests."
Wes brings a lifetime of sales experience to his real estate career. While still very young, he went to work selling automobiles where he learned to think on his feet, to negotiate a winning deal, and to cultivate the flexibility to find solutions for every challenge. "My first career choice was real estate sales; it was something I'd been interested in pursuing since childhood. I was too young when I first went to work but within four years, I made the change, earned my real estate license in 2015, and have never looked back. I'm really following my dream."
Top-producer status came almost immediately to Wes. In his rookie year, he made his mark booking $11 million in sales and establishing himself as a quick study and a hard worker. His phenomenal success was mainly due to his clients' needs, such as, first-time home buyers, sellers, luxury clients, developers, new-construction homes, as well as investors and land acquisition. The Houston Association of Realtors has ranked Wes as one of Houston's Top-100 Producing Realtors. He continually sets the bar high and his clients' "5-Star" testimonials are a direct reflection of his commitment to excellence. Wes' peers often credit him for rock-solid integrity, perfectionism, innovative thinking, and never quitting until the job is done. Wes holds the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations.
In many ways, Wes makes success look easy – but he has had challenges along the way. Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, he came to the United States with his family when he was 10 and they settled in Houston. He assimilated quickly through his love of sports, especially tennis, which he began to play at a young age, achieving state and national ranking. He finished high school and entered the University of Houston Bauer School of Business where he studied for nearly three years before leaving to focus on his thriving sales career.
"I am super competitive, and I like winning," Wes explains. "I'm sure my sports background is a major influencer for the way I conduct my business. My clients know that I look out aggressively for their interests, first and foremost."
Success has made Wes more conscious of those who are struggling with economic and social challenges. He supports various organizations in Houston that help the disadvantaged and donates a percentage of every commission to charity.
Wes continues to play tennis and other sports and enjoys traveling. He is a major car enthusiast and very involved with the art community in Houston, and often combines his passions into the themes of events he hosts. He's a committed "tech buff" and a dedicated "foodie" who loves trying new restaurants.
"I've worked hard and am proud of my accomplishments as a Realtor," Wes says. "But my prime motivator is my son. He inspires me to be the best I can be."
